Preheat the oven to 220°C / 428°F.

Combine in a large mixing bowl.

Place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour 30 minutes

Mince using a medium-grade or large-grade grinding disk. Refrigerate until required.

Transfer to a cookie sheet covered with baking paper.
