Dried beans sous vide

I wanted to have a foolproof method for cooking dried beans and attempted something sous vide.

The following method words well for a variety of beans, although some, like adzuki beans, will have more split beans than other types. Regardless, this is a good hands-off method for cooking dried beans.

Storage notes

Keeps in the fridge in an air-tight container for a few days.
